People can submit first-hand experiences. We may also publish clearly labelled complaints from lawful public datasets or authorized partners. Every sourced record identifies its origin so it is not presented as a native user review.
How accountability works
Businesses can claim a profile and respond publicly for free. Paid plans add monitoring, private resolution workflows, analytics, team tools, exports, and widgets. Payment never changes ranking, verification, moderation, or removal decisions.
What we are building toward
The goal is a useful record of what went wrong, how a business responded, and whether the issue was resolved. We prioritize provenance, privacy, fair responses, and corrections over outrage.
