Terms of Service
These terms govern access to JustBadReviews, user submissions, business profiles, and paid business tools.

Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JustBadReviews a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate, distribute, and display it for operating and promoting the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that native reviews describe a genuine first-hand experience.
Public-source content
Clearly labelled public complaint records remain subject to their source terms and provenance. They are not represented as submissions made directly to JustBadReviews.
Business profiles and subscriptions
Business claims require authorization. Public responses are free. Paid subscriptions provide the features shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, trial terms, and cancellation details are shown before purchase. Subscription status never controls editorial treatment.
Moderation and legal requests
We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, the guidelines, third-party rights, safety requirements, or applicable law. We may preserve records needed for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
No endorsement or guarantee
Reviews and complaints express their authors' or original sources' accounts. JustBadReviews does not endorse every statement and does not guarantee that every entry is complete, current, or independently verified. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and will update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Questions can be sent through Contact.
