Effective August 30, 2026

First-hand native reviews

  • Describe your own genuine experience.
  • Use specific facts such as the product, date range, problem, and response.
  • Separate what you observed from what you inferred.
  • Disclose material conflicts or incentives.

Do not publish

  • Phone numbers, home addresses, account numbers, identity documents, health details, or other private data.
  • Threats, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or instructions for wrongdoing.
  • Fabricated experiences, impersonation, coordinated manipulation, spam, or duplicate submissions.
  • Copyrighted material you do not have permission to share.

Businesses and responses

Business responses must address the experience without exposing customer data, retaliation, incentives for removal, or misleading claims of verification. A paid subscription provides tools, not editorial influence.

Imported public complaints

Imported entries are labelled as public complaints or authorized imports. We retain source provenance, apply deduplication and automated redaction, and may remove or correct records when the source changes or a substantiated privacy issue is reported.

Enforcement and appeals

Content may be labelled, limited, hidden, rejected, or removed when it violates these rules or applicable law. Context, severity, public interest, correction history, and available evidence are considered. Use Contact to request a correction or appeal.
