I am a school teacher and a primary caregiver for my father, who is undergoing dialysis. I am facing severe financial hardship. I recently deposited my paycheck into my Chase checking account to bring my balance forward. However, the entire deposit was immediately swallowed by accumulated overdraft fees, leaving me with a negative balance and unable to afford basic living necessities or medical care for my father. I have contacted Chase customer service multiple times, but they gave me a rigid, automated response stating that I have reached a " calendar year limit '' for fee reversals. They refused to escalate my case. While I understand Chase 's standard policy, these fees have created a predatory cycle that makes it impossible for an underpaid educator and caregiver to recover. I acted in good faith by depositing my paycheck immediately. I am requesting that a corporate consumer relations representative review my account history, show human discretion given my emergency caregiving circumstances, and waive these fees so I can keep my account open and care for my family.

Chase Bank closed my business checking account over a year ago, citing " suspected fraud, '' and continues to withhold $15000.00 of my funds without justification. I have been a customer for over 9 years. Despite fully complying with all their requests for documentation and information, Chase has not returned my money or provided a clear written explanation. Most recently, they claimed they " can not verify '' client phone numbers I provided, even though I obtained these directly from clients and can provide proof. I have submitted all requested materials, yet Chase holds my funds indefinitely. This has caused significant financial harm to my business. I believe Chase is violating its obligations by withholding funds without a lawful basis or timely resolution.

I am writing to address an account being reported on my credit report for which I requested debt validation. I exercised my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and requested proper verification of the alleged debt. However, I have not received sufficient documentation to confirm that this debt is mine, that the amount is accurate, or that the collector has the legal authority to collect. Despite the lack of proper validation, the account continues to be reported on my credit file, which is negatively impacting my credit. I am requesting a full investigation. Any information that can not be properly verified must be removed.

They have engaged in false advertising, more commonly known as bait and switch. They advertised by email an offer that if you open a checking account with qualifying direct deposits you will get a $400.00 bonus. I did exactly what was asked, and I have an email and an open account to prove it.

I was sent a Chase Sapphire credit card that I had not requested or applied for. I destroyed the card but started receiving bills. I called their customer service a few weeks ago and told this to them, but I keep receiving bills. The new claimed balance is $97.00.

am filing a complaint against JPMorgan Chase regarding the sudden closure of my checking account without a clear explanation. My account was closed without proper notice or a specific reason provided to me. I did not receive a detailed explanation regarding why this action was taken. I believe this has negatively affected my access to my funds and my ability to manage my finances. I request a full explanation for the account closure and confirmation that my remaining funds are released to me without delay. If any compliance or risk concerns were involved, I request that they be clearly stated. I am also requesting a review of this decision and confirmation that my account closure followed proper banking procedures and consumer protection guidelines.
