Problem with a lender or other company charging your account: Checking or savings account

Some one has hacked my account and use my funds numerous of times I filed dispute and they denied it. Then at the time I couldnt do anything about it so I just took the loss then its just happened again recently and I keep asking them to block the merchant. I understand you cant do anything about the one thats open but can you guys help me with the one thats closed. I feel like they are not investigating them correctly

Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I am submitting this complaint regarding the charged-off account being reported by MoneyLion on my consumer credit reports. I dispute the accuracy and completeness of the information being furnished and request that MoneyLion conduct a thorough investigation of this account. Please provide documentation demonstrating that the reported balance, payment history, charge-off status, and all other information furnished to the consumer reporting agencies are accurate and fully supported by your records. If this information can not be verified, I request that the account be deleted from all of my credit reports. I respectfully request that MoneyLion comply with its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2, by ensuring that only complete and accurate information is reported to the consumer reporting agencies. I ask that this matter be investigated promptly and that any information that can not be substantiated be removed from my consumer credit reports.

Managing an account: Checking or savings account

MoneyLion logged me out of my account on my phone, then jumped to me having to verify my identity, even though I have a existing account and it's in use. I sent in clear pictures of my state issued ID front and back. They told me to wait but I worked for that I should have my money that I worked for. They made it seem as if technology and machines made themselves and that they can't manually fix the problem. Every single time I get paid it's been a problem. I called five times and still no valid answer to my account getting fixed or if it's being reviewed in a proper manner thats not conflicting with bills and family emergencies. Please help!! Thank you!

Problem caused by your funds being low: Checking or savings account

I have a debit checking account with Moneylion. They supplied a " virtual card '' that I do not use, and they allowed a fraudulent $99.00 charge, when there was only $13.00 in the account. Their own documentation states they don't allow overdrafting. So even though this $99.00 charge was fraudulent. at the very least, this transaction should have been Declined. They refuse to reverse the charge, they refuse to provide evidence why, and make it next to impossible to appeal.

Problem when making payments: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

Improper tactics. Approved for loan, then locked out of account. Now reporting loan was given and received, and payments due. Company contact information invalid.

Problem with customer service: Debt or credit management

I called the customer service for moneyline and question them about a account that said that it was a loan in my name and receiving agreements about not making missing payments when I spoke with a representative they informed me that they can not give me any details to the account they can not give me information about the loan agreement where the funds was stored or the account that the funds were linked to did not give me their employee ID numbers and they're full names. Also they gave me different information than what was on the credit report that I received they were stating that it was a fully secure loan when I had on my end that it was a partially secured loan but they refuse to give me details

Problem with the payoff process at the end of the loan: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

I have a delinquent amount reported on my credit report. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over two years. I sent messages, called over a dozen times and spent hours on the phone trying to pay them because the reported amount is only $120.00. They wanted me to open an account and refused to take any money unless it was tied with a checking account.

Incorrect information on your report: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), only accurate and verifiable information may be reported to consumer reporting agencies. If the late payments can not be verified as accurate, I request that they be removed from all credit reporting agencies immediately.
