I recently pulled my credit reports and noticed an invalid account reported by you all. This debt collector has done unjustifiable practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. they didn't follow the proper 5-step validation procedure. I recently viewed my credit reports and noticed a few inaccurate and unverifiable accounts. These accounts being reported are triggering FCRA violations, stress, and extensive efforts to resolve this. A FCRA violation refers to a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which requires the reporting of 100 % accurate information. Ive suffered harm due to these violations and am entitled to resolution in the form of deletions. The accounts in my attached letter are not accurate, and I demand their immediate removal. I recently requested debt validation from you all and I got a response from someone at your company but it did not include validation of debt, original contracts, or anything supporting validation. It seems this may be a simple mistake on your end and Im sure you can get this cleared up pretty quickly.
According to the FDCPA, Im entitled to compensation for these violations and clearly, they violated my rights and abused my privileges. I demand this account be taken off immediately. You are in violation of : 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) Removal of inaccurate or invalidated information 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) Failure to maintain maximum possible accuracy '' I disputed this account and nothing was sent to legally verify it. '' " This account was never legally investigated. You are reporting false information. '' " This doesn't belong to me. Under Section 609, you're required to send me documentation associated with this account and you failed to do so. ''
