I have contacted aqua finance several times over the last year regarding my payments not being applied correctly after the 6 month of the loan. The balance has increased on multiple occasions rather than decreasing. The payments are not being applied correctly to principal and interest or at all in some cases. I have spoke with someone about this on several occasions and asked them to provide me documentation which they said would be within 72 hours. I have never received the requested information and payments are still being mis-allocated. They need to reevaluate my loan from the beginning to get the loan balance amount correct as well as apply my payments correctly!
