Unauthorized withdrawals or charges: Debt or credit management

This account does not belong to me, and I have not utilized any emergency services outside the state of Missouri. I have resided in Missouri for the majority of my adult life. I received correspondence from the Social Security Administration indicating a change in my living arrangements and requesting proof that I was not residing in another state. Upon obtaining a copy of my credit report, it became evident that an individual ( s ) is using my identity for medical services. This unauthorized use of my identity persists, as I continue to receive bills from various medical facilities in Maryland and Delaware, primarily from the northeastern region of the United States
