Debt is not mine. Account is tied to a family member. They have all the information of that family member, but are reporting the collection to my social when the orignal account was made in my family members social.

This company insist that they sent me a debt notice, but they did not once I seen they reported on my credit I contacted the original creditor. This debt has been settled with the original creditor and must be removed from my credit report immediately please see the documents provide provided.

This debt is not mine. I dont remember owing this debt. The last time I used this service I paid all amount owed. I want this debt to be removed and deleted from my credit report/ history

Recollection or knowledge of the account that was open without the permission on me this is a fraudulent attempt to collect a debt that is not owed

A collection account for $110.00 was reported by Eastern Account System , Inc. I contacted the company and requested validation of the debt, including the name of the original creditor, an explanation of the debt, the amount owed, and documentation showing that I am legally responsible for it. I also requested information about why the account was reported to the credit bureaus. The company did not provide the information I requested or sufficient documentation to allow me to verify the debt. Because I have not received adequate validation, I am disputing the accuracy of this collection account and am requesting that it be investigated. I believe consumers should receive clear documentation before a debt is collected or reported to the credit bureaus.

There are multiple accounts that I have no knowledge of these accounts. Someone had to have used my information.
