Trouble during payment process: Mortgage

I attempted to remove PMI from my mortgage. Eastern bank did not allow removal of PMI insurance because they alleged that I was late more than 30 days on payments at some point in the last 12 months. This is inaccurate. I have no record of being late either via written notification of such or credit report history. When I requested proof of this in a dispute Eastern Bank did not respond and has not responded per regulatory requirement.
