Problem when making payments: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan
I am filing this complaint because BMG Money continues to withdraw funds from my bank account without authorization, in violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act ( EFTA ), 15 U.S.C. 1693e. I formally revoked authorization for BMG Money to debit my bank account. Despite this revocation, BMG Money has : Continued to initiate ACH withdrawals Failed to remove my bank account information Ignored my written notice revoking authorization Failed to provide any confirmation or resolution I sent BMG Money a written revocation letter instructing them to stop all ACH debits immediately. I requested written confirmation and alternative payment instructions. BMG Money has not complied and continues to attempt withdrawals. I also notified my bank that these withdrawals are unauthorized.
