Problems at the end of the loan or lease: Vehicle loan or lease
I am unable to reach the lien holder they only have an automated system setup for payments no option to speak with any one. my car has been paid off for several years now and they still have a lien on the title. I need that cleared so i can trade my car in. the lien holder is car finance capital credit which became flagship credit.
