I am filing a formal complaint against Google LLC regarding the deliberate withholding of my mandatory financial transaction records and itemized billing history. Over a period of time, tens of thousands of dollars in charges were processed through my account via Google Play. Following an account ban by a mobile game developer, the user facing purchase history was completely erased inside the app, leaving no visible record of the transactions. My financial institution has closed my billing disputes under the claim that services were rendered, yet Google, as the payment processor and merchant of record, is actively withholding the backend transaction data and itemized receipts required to legally verify these massive charges. I have made repeated formal requests to Google support teams, who have continuously stalled with empty timeline extensions and refused to provide the data. I am demanding that Google escalate this to their senior technical compliance team to pull the unadulterated server side history and deliver the complete, itemized transaction ledger for all charges processed on my account so that the total financial history can be verified.
