Issues with repayment: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

i requested a ACH and Debit card revoke on my bank account. They acknowledged the receipt of said communication and still pulled the money out of my account. I contacted them and asked for a refund as they broke the revoke. They said they would not and i then gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and they have quit responding.
