Terrible SavGo Sim Card Experience

I bought the SavGo Sim card about 3 weeks ago but it's so terrible. At times even WhatsApp texts can't be sent. I understand they are new, but the way they are just selling Sim cards in locations where their network is poor is just exploitative. The agent assured me it works, but it only tried. I literally didn't use their free data for the first week because it was not working most times. It was close to unusable. So I actually bought data, It didn't work, I informed customer care after noticing, sent all the details, only for the customer care agent to reply when the bundle had expired and said can't help. 🚮
