I bought the SavGo Sim card about 3 weeks ago but it's so terrible. At times even WhatsApp texts can't be sent. I understand they are new, but the way they are just selling Sim cards in locations where their network is poor is just exploitative. The agent assured me it works, but it only tried. I literally didn't use their free data for the first week because it was not working most times. It was close to unusable. So I actually bought data, It didn't work, I informed customer care after noticing, sent all the details, only for the customer care agent to reply when the bundle had expired and said can't help. 馃毊
My friends and I decided to have some ice cream at cafesserie. We lined up behind a big family of moslems and we patiently waited for out turn. Behind us was a white man who'd just joined the queue, when it was our time to pay, the scooper- a lady by the way refused to take our money or serve us.
She instead stared at us for sometime and looked at the man behind us as if telling him to come forward which he did. He was served and after the lady walked away and left money in our hands.
Airtel Uganda provides the 5G internet box but in one of the cities of Uganda, Mbarara city, there is no coverage for 5G. This is in the middle of the Business Center. The internet is extremely unstable and unreliable that you have to always reboot everytime it is not working.
On an event of after a successful reboot, internet can do a max of 16 - 17Mbps and in a few, it will be back to default, 3 - 5Mbps.
This internet is extremely unreliable and 5G is a scam in Mbarara city.
