Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I disputed an account on my credit report because it does not belong to me. The credit bureau verified the account without providing sufficient evidence that I am responsible for it. I am requesting a thorough investigation, documentation proving I owe this debt, or removal of the inaccurate account from my credit report. When I have called bank of America directly and gave them my social and information, they said I have no such account.
