Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I filed an identity theft report with the FTC and the identity theft commissioner and this was removed and resolved and now they have sold the debt to another company and this false claim that was opened fraudulent because my identity was stolen from has been added back to my credit report while Im in the process of buying my home.
