Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I am submitting a complaint regarding an Ally Financial account that is being reported on my credit file. I do not recognize this account and have no knowledge of opening or authorizing it. I previously disputed this account with the credit reporting however it continues to be reported. I am requesting that Ally Financial conduct a reasonable investigation providing documentation showing that I am legally responsible for this account or remove the account from all consumer reporting agencies if they can not verify its accuracy. I also request that any associated late payments balances and negative reporting be deleted.
