Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

They are harrassing and threatening me by mail, then directing me to long hold times for calls then refuse to help me or send any information. They just threat and tell me I need to file documents with the company. This is a tactic to continue to harass me two years after the court order to stop.
