Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I formally dispute the accuracy, ownership, and collectability of this alleged debt reported by CAINE & WEINER. The company has failed to provide competent evidence establishing that I am legally obligated for the alleged account. I requested validation of the debt, including : 1. A copy of the original signed agreement creating the obligation. 2. A complete chain of title showing every assignment, transfer, and sale of the account from the original creditor through all subsequent owners. 3. Evidence of legal standing demonstrating Caine & Weiners current right to collect and report this debt. 4. A complete debt itemization, including the original balance, interest, fees, charges, and payment history pursuant to 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 2 ). 5. Documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable federal consumer protection laws and proof that any transfer of ownership was properly documented. Despite my requests, Caine & Weiner has not provided sufficient documentation to validate the debt. Reporting an account without adequate verification raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information being furnished to consumer reporting agencies. If Caine & Weiner can not produce complete and verifiable documentation supporting its claim, I request immediate deletion of the account from all consumer reporting agencies, cessation of collection activity, correction of any inaccurate reporting, and written confirmation of the results of the investigation.
