Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

Credit Collection Services is falsely reporting a debt collection account on my credit report. I dispute the accuracy of this account because it does not belong to me and/or is inaccurate. I request a thorough investigation and removal of this account if it can not be verified, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ), 1681i, and 1681s-2 ( b ). To the extent applicable, I also assert my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, including 15 U.S.C. 1692e, 1692f, and 1692g.
