Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I am disputing an account appearing on my credit report that I do not recognize. I have no knowledge of opening or authorizing this account. I previously disputed this information, but it remains unresolved. I am requesting a full investigation and verification of the account. If it can not be verified as accurate and belonging to me, I request that it be removed from my credit report.
