Closing an account: Checking or savings account

In regards to this account that I barely paid for I'm actually just contacting you guys because I got charged and I want to cancel my subscription I can't log into your guys 's website because it's absolutely impossible and it's a joke yes say you're the highest security and yeah I get that cuz you don't want anybody to cancel any subscription I want to completely be done with you guys can you guys just contact me for my information so I can get off of your site for good please the company yourscoreandmore.com it's charged me twice and I can't log into the damn account
