Closing an account: Checking or savings account

Bank Of America decided to close my savings account approximately one week ago. Since then, they have not confirmed if my remaining funds have been sent out in a cashiers check. I have tried calling the branch many times and as well the banking centers, but unfortunately, Ive had no luck after hours of being on hold or eventually reach reaching a representative that is unable to answer some of my questions. I simply want to know when is the rest of my money going to be made available to me either at a branch to pick up in cash or to get a cashiers check expedited to me. I have $3500.00 in my savings account.
