Closing an account: Checking or savings account

I had a recoccuring transaction that I disputed because I couldnt get it canceled. Ally sent me a few emails to contact them. I was late in contacting them, 2 days after there last email and was told too late your account is closed. I asked for reconsideration as I have a lot going on and was not able to contact them in a timely enough manner and they denied it. This account has hundreds of direct deposits and withdraws on it. No one said it would be closed and I never asked it to be closed. I desperately need help.
