Closing an account: Checking or savings account

i will attach documents containing the requested information from the institution and proof that every request was met to the max in a timely manner. The from the last time i made a report it had pushed USbank to take steps to essentially close my account, but in doing so they still have no released the funds that they have absoluetly zero claim to. All proof of origination as well as identity related matters have been sent and they are just doing the most at this point. Whenever attempting to contact them regarding the situation now all i get is run around in circles with no sign of any sort of resolution.
