US bank closed my account due to unpaid fees of $13.00 without asking me, emailing me, texting me, or calling me sending me a letter or allowing me to rectify the situation. I could have easily rectified banking fees! They contact me to sign me up for things that make them money Interestingly enough. Like signing me up for loans, credit cards.
