Closing your account: Credit card

One Main financial is reporting to the credit bureau for an account I have never used. I sent over a police report and they have still not not given any information. I will be getting an attorney because an account I never used is being reported as late to the credit bureau yet they are closing complaints and not giving info I asked for. Next steps will be a lawsuit
