Closing your account: Credit card

PNC Closed my account and I could not make any further payments. It was not disclosed to me nor was I notified. I was making payments via phone since they closed my online access. I called multiple times to representatives who said it was restored and fixed, but it was not. Now my account is negative and it was not my fault.
