Communication tactics: Debt collection

I have been contacted almost daily by a company that identifies as Structured Settlement. They have use threatening language. They state they will have to escalate my file further but can not say to what. They have contacted family members stating they are attempting to collect a debt and use my name. I requested written validity of the debt and they sent me an email. They will use multiple spoofed phone numbers from my area. When you look up the number, it will show it is from another business or organization. You can not look up Structured Settlement on the internet either. I have attached some numbers they have called from as well as voicemails.
