Communication tactics: Debt collection

Waypoint Resource Group , LLC sends me constant text messages, I consistently Opt-out and then they continue to send me more. They call me and I ask them to stop, then they call me back. I see the name of this company like everyday some how, I get a letter in the mail multiple per week.
