Communication tactics: Debt collection

I started receiving phone calls constantly from a debt collector I had no knowledge of i advised the company of that but they refused. They are very aggressive. They never sent a letter my mail or anything because i had stated if this debt apparently belong to me send it to the address on file I never received anything a few months later a collection was on my credit reporting. I knew it was not accurate. I have documentation where i have disputed the collection twice but Caine and Weiner and the credit bureaus refuse to remove inaccurate information which is not FCRA.
