Communication tactics: Debt collection

Citi bank is trying to collect $4100.00 and I have no knowledge of this account. I have asked for initial agreement and proof of account acknowledgement. They are harassing me and using verbal language and harassment tactics to get me to pay them money I have no knowledge of. I dont know the account number or any details.
