Communication tactics: Debt collection

I am writing you today because I have received multiple calls, regarding my credit cards through Comenity Bank. I have explained my situation to their representatives but they seem to show no remorse. I recently went through a situation where I was taken off work for 12 weeks and they continue to call. Despite my efforts of setting up a payment plan or work something out they continue to harass me with multiple calls daily every day of the week. I also just received a message that they called my family members and left detailed message with my information. I have never authorize them to contact my family members and would like to ask for them to stop all calls and to delete all accounts from my credit report. This is a violation of confidentiality and harassment despite my best efforts they have not been in agreement to work with me.
