Dealing with your lender or servicer: Student loan

I have asked for over a year now for Mohela to update my school status for my loans correctly. There are multiple loans from OVER 15 YEARS AGO that I clearly do not attend anymore and they continue to refuse to take those schools out of in-school status. The school registrars have sent them proof that they are NOT reporting me as in school status to the Student Loan Database or the Student Loan Clearinghouse. Mohela themselves have been on the phone with me and have checked the database themselves and can see that I am not enrolled at those schools and they STILL refuse to update the status.
