Dealing with your lender or servicer: Student loan

I submitted an application to be taken out of SAVE and have my repayment plan changed to a PSLF eligible plan. I wanted PAYE, however the FSA website automatically sent the application in for an IBR. Mohela sent me a letter saying my monthly payment would be $860.00 with no explanation on the plan or calculation. They will not provide me the AGI, family size or filing status used to calculate this as there is no way they are using the correct calculation to find that number. They tell me to call FSA, FSA tells me to call Mohela. I have sent 5 emails, 2 complaints and submitted another application with my tax returns. FSA says my repayment amount should be $50.00. I need HELP
