Dealing with your lender or servicer: Student loan

I am submitting this complaint regarding concerns about the privacy and handling of my personal information Shortly after communicating with the company about my student loan account, I began receiving a substantial increase in unsolicited phone calls, text messages, emails, and other marketing communications from loan brokers, debt relief companies, and financial service providers. The volume and timing of these contacts were unusual and caused me significant inconvenience and concern. While I can not determine the source of these solicitations, the timing has led me to question whether my personal information may have been shared, disclosed, or otherwise made accessible to third parties. I am concerned that my information may have been used in a manner that I neither expected nor knowingly authorized.
