Dealing with your lender or servicer: Student loan

I am requesting a review and removal of the late payments reported on my federal student loan account. My loans were transferred to a new servicer, and I did not receive any notification that my loans had been transferred or that my forbearance had ended. I was not provided with billing statements or payment instructions before the account was reported as delinquent. If you are unable to provide documentation showing that these notices were sent, I respectfully request that the reported late payments be removed from my credit history and that the credit bureaus be updated accordingly.
