Electronic communications: Debt collection

I have repeatedly requested the written Non-Use Settlement agreement before agreeing to pay approximately $7000.00. Despite those requests, Pinnacle Recovery has not provided the written settlement agreement, a written decision regarding my settlement proposal, or written confirmation of the legal effect of the proposed Non-Use Settlement, including whether completion of the settlement would fully release me from the remaining loan balance, future maintenance fees, assessments, and any other contractual obligations.
