Electronic communications: Debt collection

I received text messages from Waypoint Resource Group , LLC identifying themselves as a debt collector and providing instructions to reply " STOP '' to opt out of communications. I followed those instructions and sent STOP to opt out of further messaging. Despite this opt-out request, I continued to receive additional text messages after the opt-out was submitted. These messages included continued debt collection communications and payment solicitation messages with links to payment options and instructions to call or set up a payment plan. The continued messages were received after I had already requested to stop all communications via the required opt-out method. This indicates my opt-out request was not properly honored and my phone number was not fully removed from their messaging system. I am requesting investigation into repeated contact after opt-out and confirmation that my number is fully suppressed across all communication systems
