Electronic communications: Debt collection

I am filing this complaint against Credit Control , LLC regarding its debt collection practices. Credit Control has repeatedly contacted members of my family in an attempt to reach me. Most concerning, my sister began receiving debt collection emails addressed to me at her personal email address. Neither my sister nor I provided or authorized the use of her email address for my account, nor did either of us change my contact information. As a result, my debt collection communications were sent to a third party. I am concerned that my personal debt information was disclosed to someone other than me without my authorization. I am requesting that Credit Control , LLC investigate how my sisters email address became associated with my account, provide a written explanation of how this occurred, correct any inaccurate contact information, cease any unauthorized communications with third parties, and ensure this does not happen again. I have retained screenshots and other documentation showing the communications and am prepared to provide them in support of this complaint.
