False statements or representation: Debt collection

We continue to go back and forth shout how I owe them On a debt that I never authorized for them to obtain, they have not provided me a signature stating where I authorized this from them, or from any previous companies.And now it is at a point that they're taking it that they're going to take legal action. And they are starting to text message me where I never authorize to receive text messages either.
