False statements or representation: Debt collection

I am submitting this complaint regarding a charge-off account reported by USAA FSB in the amount of approximately $6900.00. This amount is not accurate as reported on my credit file. I previously disputed this account directly with the company and requested full validation and documentation, including verification of the balance, payment history, and reporting accuracy. I did not receive sufficient documentation or validation to support the information being reported. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), furnishers are required to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information reported to consumer reporting agencies and to investigate disputes when accuracy is questioned. Despite my request for validation, the account continues to be reported as a charge-off/collection and is negatively impacting my credit reports. I am requesting a full investigation and validation of this account. If the company can not fully verify that the balance, status, and reporting information are accurate and complete, I am requesting that the account be corrected or removed from all credit reporting agencies.
