False statements or representation: Debt collection

Credit Report Dispute Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681i To Whom It May Concern : I am submitting this dispute regarding inaccurate and/or unverifiable information appearing on my consumer credit report. I am requesting that you conduct a reasonable investigation pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S.C. 1681i. Reason for Dispute : I am disputing the accuracy and completeness of this account information. I am requesting that you verify the accuracy of the information being reported, including : * The identity of the original creditor; * The accuracy of the reported balance ; * The accuracy of the account dates, including the date of first delinquency ; * The accuracy of the payment history and account status ; * Whether the company reporting this information has verified the account and has the authority to report it. If the information can not be verified as accurate and complete, I request that it be corrected or deleted from my consumer report as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please provide me with : 1. The results of your investigation ; 2. The method used to verify the information ; 3. The name, address, and telephone number of any party contacted during your investigation ; 4. An updated copy of my credit report reflecting any changes made. I have enclosed copies of my identification and supporting documentation for verification purposes.
