False statements or representation: Debt collection
This company is reporting fraudulent and inaccurate information on my credit report. I have repeatedly requested documentation supporting their claim that this account belongs to me. Specifically, I requested proof of ownership of the alleged debt, including any purchase or assignment agreement demonstrating their legal right to collect and report this account, as well as documentation establishing that I am the person responsible for the account. To date, the company has failed to provide sufficient evidence that I opened, authorized, or benefited from the account. The documents provided do not contain my signature, an account application, a service agreement, or any other records proving that I entered into a contractual relationship with the original creditor. I am requesting copies of the following : The purchase and sale agreement or assignment documents establishing ownership of the account The original signed application or contract Documentation showing the identity used to open the account Complete account statements and payment history Records demonstrating that I authorized or used the account Until such documentation is provided, I dispute the accuracy and ownership of this account and request that it be removed from my credit file. If the information can not be fully verified, I request deletion pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I declare under penalty of perjury that this account is not mine and that the information provided in this dispute is true and correct.
