Fees or interest: Credit card

I was charge a fee for a cash advance as it was still set up to pull from the business card instead of our money market account. The account is set to be paid in full by the due date each month. For the next 4 months we were still charge a finance charge despite the balance being paid in full each month. This happened once before and then I was told it was a mistake and would not happen again.
