Fees or interest: Credit card

Home Depot claims they sent my statement. I did not receive it and they charge me late fees. This has happened a few times in the past. I know other people that claim the same thing. It sounds like they do it intentionally to generate a revenue stream. My credit is perfect and corrupt companies get away with things like this all the time. They put their credit collection responsibilities with a different company so they can say legally its not their fault but plausible deniability should not be a loop hole when they get many complaints.
