Citis online portal is currently showing that I have a Minimum Payment Due of $9300.00. I am unable to make this payment because a significant portion of the balance consists of disputed transactions that are still under review and are not my responsibility. Citi currently owes me more than $30000.00 in disputed credits that remain unresolved. These disputes are still pending review, and I have also filed a complaint with the CFPB and am pursuing arbitration-related remedies. Additionally, Citi has not provided me with a copy of the arbitration agreement. The agreement should be available through my account records and has also not been provided by mail, despite my request. Providing the arbitration agreement is necessary for me to proceed with arbitration, as it contains the terms and procedures governing the process. I am requesting that Citi place appropriate consideration on the disputed balance, provide a written explanation of the minimum payment calculation, and provide the requested arbitration agreement and documentation regarding the status of my disputes.
