For starters they make it so you can't set autopay until after your first payment and they make it so hard to do. I know set up autopay on my last payment and they are saying that I didn't. On top of that they are not paying off my statement balances so I can get charged interest. Then when I went to pay it off she said they are going to authorize a little more to make sure I pay off the whole balance as of interest is incurring by the hour.
